Care

• Cleaning: Wipe gently with a dry/slightly damp cloth; avoid detergents and soaking.

• When it gets wet: Dry immediately with a clean towel to prevent softening/deformation. Don't use the product when wet, it might weaken the stitches

• Recovery after dampness: Place in a dry, ventilated area until firm again.

Storage

• Temperature & humidity: Store at 15–30°C; RH <60%.

• Avoid direct UV: Sunlight can fade the natural pigments.

• Keep away from heat: Don’t leave it in a hot car or near hot devices.

• Packaging: Use a breathable paper/fabric pouch (not airtight plastic).

• Shape protection: Don’t stack heavy items on it; avoid sharp objects.
