We grow materials from what the world burns away.

MYCL turns agri-crop waste into Mylea™ and Mycelium Composite, a mycelium leather with a fraction of the carbon and water footprint of animal hide, and returns what is left to the soil. This is our full environmental, social, and governance story.

It's not leather
but better

Producing one square metre of bovine leather can release up to 110 kg of CO₂e — about 85% of it from raising cattle — and by 2030 the material is on track to generate 155 million tonnes of CO₂e a year. Synthetic alternatives simply trade one problem for another: fossil-based plastic.
